Lead Inspector and Risk Assessor

This five day course presents the legal and technical issues and obligations of lead inspection and risk assessment. Through lectures, discussions, demonstrations of modern XRF technology and hands-on experience, the focus is on sate-of-the-art methods for determining lead in paint, soil and dust. Course materials include HUD Guidelines, US EPA-approved curriculum and Federal and New Jersey regulations.
