OSHA 7505: Introduction to Accident Investigation

This course provides an introduction to basic accident investigation procedures and describes accident analysis techniques. This Course is taught by John Malool, who has years of experience conducting investigations for Insurance Claims, Site Safety Analysis, and Federal and State Accident Investigations. The goal of the corse is to help participants gain the basic skills necessary to conduct an effective accident investigation at their workplace.

Audience
The target audience is the small employer, manager, employee or employee representative who, as part of the firm's safety and health system, would be involved in conductiong accident and/or near-miss investigations.

Please bring with you a government issued photo ID. We will accept driver's licenses, passports, birth certificates, state and federal worker IDs, and university and school issued IDs. Please see our "cancellation policy" if you are unable to attend this course.
